About ATIAdvanced Training Institute (ATI) is an accredited trade school located in Las Vegas, Nevada. ATI offers a variety of hands-on career training programs that prepare students for rewarding entry-level jobs in their field of study after program completion. ATI is dedicated to providing its students with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their chosen field.
ATI HistoryATI was first established in October 2002 under the name Air Conditioning Technical Institute. At the time it was first opened, the school only offered a heating, air conditioning and ventilation program. But as the times changed, so did the school. In February 2007, Air Conditioning Technician Institute changed its name to Advanced Training Institute, and in 2012 the school moved to a new state-of-the-industry facility. 2012 was a big year for ATI. On top of moving to a new campus facility, the school also added a new career training program: Automotive Technology Training. No longer was ATI focus solely on training HVAC technicians--now ATI was also preparing students for careers as automotive technicians. In 2013, ATI witnessed a construction boom in the Las Vegas area. In order to meet the market demand, ATI started another new program--its Electrical Technician Program. In November 2015, ATI rounded out its program count with the addition of its Personal Fitness Trainer program.
Accreditations and RecognitionATI has been a member of the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training (ACCET) since 2009. ATI also holds programmatic accreditations including HVAC Excellence. ATI is also licensed by the State of Nevada Commission of Post Secondary Education.
